This is our amazing story that started in our favorite city, Hong Kong

My journey began in 2017, when I decided it was time for me to share my passion for food with homekongers. Okay...Sai Ying Pun, to be precise. When I came back to reality, I wanted to bring some of my favourite flavours with me. My experience in restaurants and bars came in handy, but nothing could prepare me for the great joy and happiness that Bistro Concept has brought to me, thanks to our customers' amazing feedback and seeing them enjoying what we prepare everyday.
