Bistro Concept Group is a Hong Kong based restaurant group led by Christopher Przemyski, the company behind its signature brands including Flying Pig Bistro (Modern European and family style restaurant, Flying Pig Deli Social (the revamped Al Fresco Brunch Spot), Mexican El Macho and recently opened seafood concept Lobster Shack.

Each restaurant embraces Christopher’s philosophy of serving good food in buzzing environments and surrounded by his individually crafted artistic interior designs.

Bistro Concept Group has worked to establish itself as a key F&B player in the Sai Ying Pun area with
aggressive plans to spread beyond this location with a series of F&B Concepts.

Flying Pig Bistro

At The Flying Pig Bistro, this is where traditional European culture and cuisine is reimagined with distinct modern urban art flair and becomes something entirely its own. Part of the Bistro Concept, we have become the ultimate destination neighbourhood restaurant embracing the local Sai Ying Pun culture and beyond.



Lobster Shack

Located in the heart of Sai Ying Pun Second Street, Lobster Shack is the latest offering from Bistro Concept Group – home to Flying Pig Bistro, El Macho, Flying Pig Deli Social and more.

Stepping in, one is welcomed by a large colourful fish tank and a beautiful handcrafted wall design that immediately teleport us into a world of seafood indulgence. Specializing in all things seafood as the main concept, this is the relaxed joint you want to hang out for catch-ups with your crew over seafood craving signatures like Seafood Tower, Grilled Lobster Tail, Scallops Ceviche, Sweet Miso Black Cod, etc.
